The Siege, Part 3 - Nadat de 3 Hiveships zijn vernietigd, ontdekt dr. Zeleka een nieuwe vloot die onderweg is naar Atlantis. Het snelle herstel van Lt. Aiden Ford na de aanvaring met een Wraith baart Dr. Beckett zorgen. Ford kan namelijk wel eens geïnfecteerd zijn met een Wraith enzym. Ondertussen heeft het team weinig tijd om weer op krachten te komen nadat ze de eerste aanval van de Wraith op Atlantis hebben overleefd.
