The Siege, Part 1 - De Wraith zijn bij Atlantis en beginnen het beleg. McKay komt op het idee om de kapotte satelliet van de Ouden te repareren. Deze kan de drie Wraith schepen die in aantocht zijn vernietigen. Hij gaat met twee anderen daar heen om de satelliet werkend te krijgen. Ondertussen wordt Bates in elkaar geslagen. Eerst denkt men dat Teyla het is geweest omdat hij haar beschuldigd had van verraad, maar er blijkt al twee weken een Wraith op Atlantis te zijn. Sheppard wil alle nodige informatie uit de man halen, maar dat lukt niet echt.
