Here\\\'s a 1997 album from Kelly Joe Phelps, released by Rykodisc. It\\\'s a slightly more morose and slow album compared to the likes of \\\"Shine Eyed Mister Zen\\\" but still its variation shines through and it\\\'s heart is warm and restful and one definitley doesn\\\'t want to give the impression of it being an inferior album, it certainly isn\\\'t, just a little different. There are 11 tracks on this CD:

All tracks are encoded directly into FLAC format straight from the original CD, the great thing about FLAC is that although it compresses the files to make them smaller the entire music data is still kept unlike mp3 or wma formats etc. which permanentley strip music data away. FLAC stands for Free Lossless Audio Codec and is playable on the vast majority of media players (Winamp, Windows Media Player, Rhythymbox, Amarok, RealPlayer, Zinf, VLC etc.). The really useful thing about FLAC is that if you convert the FLAC files into WAV files and burn them to an Audio Disc you\\\'ve just got a perfect copy of the original CD, no loss in audio quality whatsoever - it\\\'s a lossless codec thats free and open-source.
