Scarlet Weather Rhapsody is the 10.5th installment of the Touhou series. Like Immaterial and Missing Power, Scarlet Weather Rhapsody is a fighting game that heavily relies on the use of projectiles.

This RAR contains the game (patched to version 1.02), Hamachi (VPN client to make online play safer), the English weather patch (translates weather effects into English; Japanese patch is included as well), the Palette Editor (allows you to modify custom character colors: see swr touhou wiki for more), and a helpful little translation of the profile and netplay menus (jpg image).
