Yes, its uploaded by HBO themselves, and the quality is actually
not so bad. Only available until 4/21/08/ on youtube. I used
a script call "youtube-dl" to download it, but there's also
pages like kipvid.com which does the same thing.

To get it to down to a file, I used the following command:
mplayer -dumpstream mms://hbo-1.wmod.llnwd.net/a2267/d1/u/webcon/billmaher/season6/b_maher_ot_4_4_wm_384.wmv

Sync issues.

Using mplayer, I had to add "-delay 0.15" because it was
a little bit out of sync. This is probably a problem with
the flv decoder mplayer is using.

"Overtime" seems to be fine.
