As her delusions become ever more potent, Ruth struggles to come to terms with her state of mind. Julia, meanwhile, finally finds a practical way to help Ruth.
One For The Road.
Daniel manages to take his mind off women by helping an old friend who is struggling to cope with a messy relationship, and while lodging with Lily, he gets to see more of his colleagues than he bargained for. Meanwhile, Trudy suggests that Ruth tries to put her feelings down in writing, and a leaflet on heart disease sends Karen into a panic.
