This seasonal offering was a link between seasons one and two of the revived show, and also the first outing for the tenth Doctor.
It makes interesting viewing with hindsight, as we see both the previews of the 2006 shows, and mention of Torchwood.
This is an NTSC conversion, and Mpeg-2 file which will transfer directly to a DVD. It's a variable bit rate video, averaging at 3000kbps but peaking at about 5200, so the 'busy' scenes get the good bandwidth.
It's a full sized true widescreen (not letterboxed) video
