Following the brief, ill-judged alliance with Skye Edwards’ replacement Daisy Martey on The Antidote, Paul and Ross Godfrey opted not to draft in a full-time replacement for Dive Deep, instead collaborating with various different singers.

... whose musical palette has expanded way beyond the band’s trip-hop origins. There’s the trad-folk timbre of Bradley Burgess on an electro-funk-folk cover of John Martyn’s “Run Honey Run”, the delicate fingerstyle guitar and Francophone vocal of Manda on “Au-Delà” and a new strain of updated Americana accessed via the Mark Lanegan-style baritone murmur of Thomas Dybdahl, the perfect vessel for songs born out of Paul Godfrey’s battle from the pit of depression.
