Azazel is fantasy short story collection by Isaac Asimov first published in 1988. The stories take the form of conversations between an unnamed writer (undoubtedly meant to be Asimov himself) and a shiftless friend named George who is able to conjure up a two-centimeter-tall demon (or extraterrestrial) that he calls Azazel after the Biblical demon. George calls upon Azazel for various favors, which invariably go awry.

A miniature demon's power to grant wishes forms the recurring theme for 18 cautionary, satirical tales by sf veteran Asimov. Previously published only in magazines, the adventures of Azazel and his summoner, George Bitternut, will attract readers who enjoy flights of fantasy and logic couched as tall tales.
