Another fantastically varied and subtle compilation from Europe's finest "pure pop" label, Siesta. The artists may not be familiar, but the producer (Ramon Leal) and sound certainly are. Bossanova beats to easy melodies and lounge-cushioned strings, rounded edges and soft smiles come to the fore. Highlights are "El futuro" from C de Constancia and "Un garcon et une fille" from Bel Divioleta, two of the easiest arrangements in recent years. A cover of "To sir, with love" by Rita Calypso is also worthy of special mention.

Half-instrumental, half-vocal. Half-Spanish, half-English. Half-happy, the other half even happier!
