The twelve-song set features the band's covers of The Cars' "Dangerous Type" (from The Craft movie soundtrack), Nick Lowe's "Cruel To Be Kind" and Cheap Trick's "I Want You To Want Me" (both from the 10 Things I Hate About You movie soundtrack), as well as original demos of their songs "I'm A Fool" and "Disappear," and several songs recorded shortly before their 2000 breakup and never released.
